Goose down is unique, warm, light and tender natural filler. We use in our Flaum Daunen Linie collections only brand new goose down with «Fill Power» index not less than 750 – 800 which allows us to secure unprecedented lightness and voluminosity of our pillows and duvets.
Control of goose down for quality of processing and homogeneity is performed using best German equipment LORCH with strict quality control. All stages of raw product preparation – sorting, washing, sterilization under temperature of more than 130 degrees, antibacterial treatment lead to accomplishment of maximum parameters in hypoallergenicity, ecological compatibility and safety of health.
Several generations of leading German specialists have mastered their skills and reached perfection of technologies in manufacturing down bedding. All duvets of our line are cassette-type, with side membranes, made and filled with down by hand. Each cassette has identical volume and weight of filler which allows us to equally distribute down inside the duvet and fill the volume of cassette, preventing the migration of down.
